Ok, I'm hoping to get all this updating back going again, but we will be moving to our new home site for Camas Ranch very soon! Which will probably mean a whole new blog, but I will post the details as soon as I get them all up & running... In the meantime, here are a few pics from the last year!

A side project over in Junction City while Jarrett was logging, we worked with 3 nice Tobiano mares to get 2 broke to pack and one re-broke to ride. This is Daisy, she was only halter broke prior to us working with her and quite skittish. Jarrett didn't think I could get her to wear his hat as spooky as she was when we started, but by the end of the first session she wore his hat, the saddle blanket and the pack pad all over her head while walking around. By day 2 she was completely comfortable taking the pack saddle and doing quite well with the boxes too. Quite a trooper!
